Shipping Policy 

ManaForce ships your orders with Canada Post services. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. As soon as your order is taken over by Canada Post, we cannot be held responsible for recipient errors, damage and lost orders. We strongly recommend the use of Tracked Shipping on all orders. Regular Ground options do not include tracking or insurance. Take note that orders over $100 are required to be shipped with tracking. This is not optional, it's mandatory. Also, since we provide services online only, no local pickup is possible.

Return Policy

No return will be accepted.

Refunds 

Refunds will be offered for shipment with tracking, grading errors on MTG singles and missing items in a order received. If the situation occur, please reach us at manaforceinc@gmail.com . Additional informations may be required, such as pictures of the shipped cards before processing your refund.

The prices of our products are established at the discretion of ManaForce's administration and may vary without notice.

Store Limits

Our goal is our clients’ satisfaction and to make our product available to every customers. Therefore, following the rules and limits of the game, only 4 copies of any given MTG Singles with the same product name will be allowed in orders from a single client within a 24 hour period. While this is not automated, as it is impossible to manage with our current system due to the number of prints and conditions to track, ManaForce reserves the right to void and refund any quantity of items over the mentioned amount. Please refer to the refunds policy in this situation. We will make exceptions with Tokens, Basic Lands and other cards that override this rule of the game (per example: Dragon's Approach).

Trading

Buylist/Tradelist of our products are disable at the moment on our website. But if you want to sell us your collection, an appointment can be made. For more informations, contact us through email at manaforceinc@gmail.com   

Pre-order Policy

Pre-order of our products are disable at the moment on our website. This feature will be activated as soon as we pick up enough volume to assure availibility of the products.

Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined. If it's the case on the order, it may result on a hold until this issue is resolved or the client request to void the order.

Protection against fraudulent activities

Matching shipping and billing addresses are required on all orders at the payment. If those infos don't match, we will cancel and refund your order without warning. You will need to to place your order again at a later time. This is necessary to ensure protection from credit card theft.

Responsability

ManaForce cannot be held responsible for any errors made by third party services. This includes and is not limited to : Postal Services and Credit Card Processing services. We will make sure to do whatever is necessary to help our clients, within our capacity, for whatever situation linked to our services.
